Yes, that's right!

A few friends and I (~gibbz, *lowfro, ~joy-ang, to name a few of the few) were talking last year about starting up a forum for, but not necessarily restricted to, art and design. Well, I had to make a forum as a place where people participating in an upcoming gallery show and I could collaborate anyways, so I thought what the hell and decided to create a new area and kill two birds with one stone (fictitious birds, not real, cute little birdies).

The main idea of these forums is respect and equality. We all hated going to places like eatpoo, for example, and having tons of wankers insulting each other, or not being able to communicate with some of the "talented artists" because that term was synonymous with "jerk". I'm not sure if I want to say there's a quality of work expected so much as just a quality of participation and commitment to your craft if you are going to post any artwork. In other words, actually try and get somewhere and grow as an artist, taking and giving helpful critiques and comments, not submitting doodles on lined paper, and so on. OR you could just go there to chat, hang out, and network.
