First news, yesterday was my birthday and it went really well. My girlfriend Ashley had a present for every letter of my name. She was really sweet. It started with Spore for S and ended in Ring for R, a ring to replace the one I inherited from my father but had stolen a couple years ago. I had no idea, despite her sizing my fingers up a few days prior by putting her own rings on them, I just thought she was being playful! It brought Shpen to a sappy teary state anyways, it was really nice of her and it meant a lot. <3FTW (Love for the win)

Illustration class starts up again tomorrow! I went in and claimed my desk. I was a little late on that though so I'm sitting practically right in front of the instructor, hehe. I'm pretty excited for the last year though. I've got my first board meeting for the College on the 5th and 6th (two day long meeting/retreat, whoa), fancy dinner with the board and Ash invited too (that was nice of them!), then a small fancy birthday dinner on Saturday. I think its a pretty nice start to the year anyways.
