So, the Fall semester is almost over. There are about 17 illustrations to do before the 16th though and I only have about 4 of them planned out, mind you, but its almost over nonetheless. 1 more to go and then its finally real world time!

It seems like the Winter and Summer Holidays are the strong times for forum activity, when people have less homework and other commitments, so I'll take a brief moment to mention again to everyone that the Monkeyslunch Art Forums are there just a waitin' for ya. Plenty of good resource sharing, worthwhile critique, that sort of thing. So, if you'd like to keep up with things over the holidays, come check us out! I'd post the lovely stamp that *phoq made but my subscription ran out and I can't post anything to my journal right now! Once the break gets here I'll be able to implement a few updates to the forums though, including featured users in the header.

I'm thinking more and more that it would be nice to start doing some inking for comics before doing my own stuff, just to get a handle on things and enjoy myself. I've had a few people offer me some small inking collabs, and keep 'em comin'! If anyone actually has any comic inking work though, that would be awesome. I find it so enjoyable to slosh around ink, usually getting it all over myself in the process.
